George Michael swallowed a rock :-(
My dog George Michael swallowed a rock that got stuck in his intestines. He had to have surgery to have it removed. I submitted my claim form and receipts on March 10th, and my reimbursement check was issued on March 18th. To me, that is amazingly quick. The very best thing about this claim and each of the claims I have submitted is that there are never any surprises. Everything I expect to be covered is covered, and Embrace personnel are always quick to communicate.

Embrace Came Through Again
I am so pleased with the Embrace policy I purchased for our dog, Tucker. I found a mass cell tumor on him and had it removed. I faxed two claim forms (initial exam/fluid draw; surgery) to Embrace on March 13th and received confirmation that they had received them. I received an email this morning advising that the claims had been paid and I would be receiving a check. No delays, no questions. This following another two surgeries he had at the end of last year. I am so happy I went with this company when I was researching insurance for Tucker. If our other dog was a little younger and could be accepted by Embrace, I would switch her over to this company in a heartbeat. I am very, very pleased.

Quick Processing for Surgery Reimbursement
My collie/lab mix of 1.5 years of age had recently been diagnosed with a Medial Patellar Luxation of the back right knee. Puppy had the procedure done and has since been on the successful road to recovery! She's scheduled to have her stitches in the coming week and more importantly (to her), she will no longer have to wear the dreaded "cone of shame." About a week after the procedure, I had gathered all the paperwork necessary and emailed it over to Healthy Paws for processing and amazingly they had emailed me back within two hours indicating that the explanations of benefits was available and that the reimbursement was on its way. The follow-up on the puppy's health status was appreciated as well. Thank you, Healthy Paws, for helping to keep my puppy in good health!

Great and easy service for my first claim.
Bought insurance for my dog mainly to cover any big issues that hopefully never come up. Submitted first claims and it was dealt with easily, quickly, and with no issues and applied towards my deductible. Couldn't ask for more.

Quick, Fast, Easy!
After researching and reading reviews about just about every major pet insurance provider, we went with Embrace. Even though they seemed a bit pricey compared to other providers, they seemed to have the best coverage. We signed our puppy up and three weeks later, we've already visited the vet and been reimbursed via direct deposit. Our puppy has a couple more rounds of vaccinations to go, and I feel good about not choosing a cheap $20/month provider for Bear and very pleased with how quickly we were reimbursed.

Wish My Human Healthcare Was Just As Easy!
Not sure where to start on my long list of compliments. 1 - They turn claims around faster than I can turn them in. 2 - Customer service is super friendly, helpful, and all of them have a great sense of humor 3 - The owner does follow-ups to make sure your claim process was smooth and painless, which it is very easy. She double checks to make sure we got all our reimbursement money back and on time. 4 - The rates compared to other pet insurance carriers are customizable to fit our budget. We picked one of the highest premiums for the first year, considering I just stopped by puppy from eating a rock yesterday. To sum it up, I WISH OUR HUMAN HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS WERE THIS EASY TO WORK WITH! EVERYTHING IS TRANSPARENT AND YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE GETTING YOURSELF INTO.

fantastic! No hassles
Had pet insurance for 7 years and never received one benefit from it. Efficient and Fast
Over the years, I have used different pet insurances because Pugs always seem to have issues. In the past, I had ASPCA and they were very good and covered our dog till the end. We did try someone else with new pet and was not satisfied at all and came right back. They process claims fast, no hassle and check is in the mail within 1-2 weeks. The deductables are excellent. Very satisfied and not switching. Even have my Persian covered.

Great Service Great Company
I must say first and foremost ,when a claim is submitted, it is acknowledged the same day and resolved within days ! I have used EMBRACE for alittle over two years now and have referred 9 of my customers and friends to this wonderful company.You can login in after your claim is made and know your status....IT'S NEVER GUESS WORK ! With two NEWFOUNDLANDS that we treat like kids, it's assuring to us that EMBRACE has our back!

New policy holder with a great experience
I recently switched to Embrace after my old pet insurance company (Purina) went out of business. I have had nothing but a great experience with them! I love I can download claim forms with all my information on it and don't have to write it in each time. I also really like that I can check my claim status online and that the reimbursements can either come via check or direct deposited into my bank account. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. My dog was recently at the e-vet for 5 days and cost me a small fortune. That experience was really stressful but the insurance portion couldn't have been easier!
