Pets Best is simply the best
My friends who are pet parents were right about choosing Pets Best when my husband and I rescued two kittens in May 2023. One of our cats (now 2 years old) needed FHO (femoral head ostectomy) due to a fractured right leg and started walking with a limp. I called customer service and gave my policy number. He advised that I submit the receipt and paperwork the veterinary office gave me. Claim was submitted and I was reimbursed accordingly.

I just canceled after 3 years
I just canceled after 3 years. The cost got to be too much. And they find every reason to make a pre-existing condition. I initially signed up my 10 year old dog it was $52 with a $500 deductible. Then it was $65 with a 750 deductible then it was $82 with $1,000 deductible and then for 13-year-old dog it was $220 with $1,000 deductible. She's a healthy dog fortunately. All the people I dealt with were very nice both sales and claims, but the increase seems high and I would expect next year it would be even higher

Easy to get in touch with MetLife if needed and they are very helpful and friendly. Easy to file a claim and quick to get a response. So far we have had a positive experience using MetLife, recommend it!

Great Customer Seevice
I submitted an invoice for my dog’s Rimadyl. I never had a problem before but it was denied! I called Pets Best and the customer service representative confirmed it should be covered. They told me they were elevating it to a supervisor and no need to resubmit. I got an email telling me my claim had been approved and am awaiting reimbursement. Thank you to the outstanding customer service. The premiums have risen quite a bit over the last 4 years but having the peace of mind if I need to use my insurance is worth it. Pets Best has great coverage and options and I am always satisfied with the customer service.

Favorite Pet Insurance!
We have a very active Australian Shepherd that seems to find himself in interesting positions where he ends up getting hurt. Pets best has been amazing with helping cover our vet costs over the years! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pet insurance.
