So Worth It
Ashley was extremely helpful in getting me a good monthly premium that still covered my dog properly. I have not have to use this insurance often, but when I have needed too I’ve saved thousands. For example, my dog had to have two lipomas removed and it would have been $3-$4k out of pocket, but after insurance I only paid $250. The process for reimbursement was very simple and quick. I recommend Embrace to everyone with pets!

I had a great experience with Pets Best…
I had a great experience with Pets Best for my dog’s insurance claim. The process was incredibly easy, the estimated reimbursement was spot on, and the payment was issued without any unnecessary questions or delays. It was such a relief to feel supported during a stressful time. I’m really grateful and highly recommend them!

Sonnet Shift is Terrible
Sonnet shift is an app that is designed to make your driing look terrible. No matter how nicely you drive, you will still lose points depending on the time of day you drive (night and rush hour are big nonos), and if your route is "dangerous." Your car has a hands free system to take calls, not any more, this will decrease your score and increase your insurance. You drive 30+ minutes? the fatigue score lowers your overall score. Sonnet shift wants you to drive like it is always icy out, scores your driving like it is always icy out. If you drive at the speed limit you will lose points, now you need to go 5-10 under. This is a poorly thought out app that will make drives terrible. And if you think it is just punishing someone who is a bad driver, I have never gotten into a collision, never had a ticket or motor vehicle infraction.

Delayed claim approval…
I felt the time it took to review and approve a simple claim was excessive.

Amanda was very pleasant and…
Amanda was very pleasant and professional. I had specific questions that she addressed, as well as giving me a complete overview of all options available. I have researched several pet insurance companies, and Fetch seemed to be the best suited for my pet.

TOTAL SCAM- USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY
TOTAL SCAM! Horrible service- look elsewhere. They rarely pay out on claims, if they do its a very small amount and oftentimes find reasons to not count payments towards your deductible. My dog has IVDD and this insurance policy (Secured when he was a puppy long before any problems) has been next to useless. I have wasted thousands paying on this policy monthly that they have DOUBLED since he started having medical issues. Also, I work in the field of online reputation and it's so blatantly obvious which reviews on this site are "fed" i.e, they specifically invite the few who have good experiences via email to write a review. Don't trust those, and notice how they only reply to /address positive reviews.
