My pupper had to go to the emergency room twice within a short amount of time between visits. First I should have realized there would be a deductible that had to be reached. But I was pleasantly surprised Pets Best Health Insurance covered as much as they did of the second visit. Can't thank you enough!

The only thing that might have gone better in my case would have been for the vet hospital to deal directly with Spot about payment rather than my having to go out of pocket for such a large sum of money then be reimbursed. Luckily I was able to do that this time.
