Ridiculous premium increases
My pet insurance went from $39.90 to $50.51 in two years. I barely, if ever, go to the vet. I usually take my cat for her annual check-up. That is a 27% increase in two years. What is their solution, reduce your coverage!! I don't think so. Bye SPOT

I recently said goodbye to my sweet dog, Violet, and I want to sincerely thank Pets Best for the care and support provided throughout her life. Would give 0 stars if it were an option. They jack up the price after a year and then make you jump through a ton of hoops to cancel the policy. Sent multiple emails and spent hours on phone and still cant cancel the policy. May go to the ombudsman soon.
