After reviewing many pet insurance policies, I was really impressed with what Fetch offered in terms of coverage. But what truly made the difference—and the reason I chose Fetch—was Pet Advisor Aileen Andino. She was outstanding. The way she represented the company, her genuine care for pets, and her knowledge and professionalism were absolutely top-notch. When a company has people like Aileen on their team, that speaks volumes. She was the deciding factor for me.

Expensive but worth every penny. The app is great, filing a claim is simple and customer support is readily available. My dog has cancer and I'm so grateful I have reputable insurance. Because of MetLife, I'm able to provide the care her life depends on.
