customer service was great. I felt like I was talking to a fellow pet lover, a person who understood what we were looking for and how to get insurance for a new puppy and an older pet. I got off the phone pleased with what I bought and the experience with the process. We actually canceled a policy with another company because they couldn't get their own "paper work" correct. We knew if we were getting the run around just trying to get the policy coverage correct it would mean a life time of wasted time and money trying to get claims paid.

Spot pet insurance was easy to sign up for. Customer service is great! Submitting a claim is very user friendly. All in all, truly a great experience.
