Frustrating
Frustrating. It took 3 calls to get this done. Was not aware that Maggie needed to be 8 weeks and coverages just make no sense. Further WHY EVEN OFFER WELLNESS? The cost greatly exceeds the value. Policies change every year and it is just impossible to understand. I now have 4 policies and am considering changing companies. Not the same company you used to be.

We spent several days researching different Pet Insurance Companies...narrowing down to Fetch and Best Pet. On paper, both were close, but Fetch seemed more comprehensive (this was not only about premium costs). After talking to Amanda, we felt convinced that Fetch was the right choice for our new pet.
