I just had a terrible incident where my puppy broke her leg. The staff (customer service) at Trupanion were amazing. Anyone that I spoke with had all my information at their fingertips and explained everything to me. They went out of their way to help with the Specialty Hospital, and took away much need stress and anxiety for me. It was easy to connect with someone and get all my questions answered. So far I could not be more pleased with the help on every level. I highly recommend Trupanion to anyone that is looking into Pet Insurance. Thank you!
