Pre-existing condition nonsense
My puppy has not had any issues except coccidia but Embrace's VT read in her health history that her ears were a little red but there was no infection. So now she is asserting that an ear infection that occurs within one year of pink ears would be considered a pre-existing condition. This is wrong! It is just an excuse to not cover ear infections in the future when there has not been an infection at all. I will have my vet address this incorrect analysis. But the point is that I should not have to go through this from someone that has never even seen my puppy.

This is my second dog covered by Embrace. I had such a wonderful experience with my former little dog who lived to be nearly 19, all because Embrace does not quibble about the charges, pays promptly and cares enough to send a seeded card to express their condolences when I had to put my pup to sleep. This time around my new pup has had all her claims covered promptly and without questioning. I have boasted about the excellent coverage to my vet who is now referring Embrace to her many clients. This is an excellent company!
