Embrace Pet Insurance: A Year of Premiums, Zero Coverage, and Dishonest practices.
"After a year of faithfully paying premiums to Embrace Pet Insurance, I'm utterly disappointed and feel completely misled. My experience with their claims department has been nothing short of a nightmare. In January, my cat sprained her paw, and I took her to the vet for an examination and diagnosis. I submitted my first claim, expecting a straightforward reimbursement, especially since the vet bill was less than my deductible. Instead, I've been met with a frustrating runaround. Embrace is now demanding 'notes' from my cat's pre-existing veterinary records, despite having already received and approved those records when I initially signed up. They claimed all information was complete and issued my policy. Now, when I need them most, they're suddenly claiming they need more information. This feels like a blatant attempt to avoid paying a legitimate claim. The fact that they requested and received the full veterinary history prior to issuing the policy, and then demanded additional "notes" after a claim was submitted, shows a lack of integrity. This is not how an honest company operates. After a year of paying premiums and dealing with this frustrating experience, I've cancelled my policy with Embrace. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who values their pet's health or their peace of mind. They are not an honest company, and their claims process is designed to frustrate and deny legitimate claims. Avoid Embrace Pet Insurance at all costs."

You pay monthly for your pet insurance…but
You pay monthly for your pet insurance with the expecations that when they fall ill, you have coverage. I did not realize that there was a max annual amount. I am a little upset and disappointed that one of my dogs will not have any reimbursement for his surgery in 2 wks. You also do not have the ablitlity to upgrade your insurance without a penalty. The penalty is... you dog has to be symptom free for 180 days. My dog cannot wait that long. I will still continue with the insurance, I just wish I paid closer attention to the max annual.

I had a really great experience with Manny Castaneda‘s guidance…
I had a really great experience setting up a new policy as well as reviewing options. In fact I had a dog with a policy through another carrier and nanny helped me see that it was beneficial to have everyone with one carrier. He was also incredibly honest and transparent which I found incredibly Refreshing. Manny Castaneda was fantastic! Patient kind and great to work with! He deserves a bonus :)

A new puppy Daisy Mae
Our dog passed away about six months ago and we got a puppy named Daisy Mae, A friend recommended embrace insurance and I must say so far they have been wonderful. I haven’t had many claims to speak of, but my first one I put in and had my refund within days and now I just put in my second and I’m sure I will be equally as pleased. They seem like an amazing insurance company. I do know my friends recommended them because he said his dog became ill and they were nothing but supportive never did he run into a problem with the bills that he had and they were many and they were very high so thank you embrace
