This company is a fraud.
After insuring my puppy for $37/mo.and never having a significant claim my premium went up 76 percent to $66/mo. This is after I was told my premium would never go up as my pet aged or if I had to make claims. I paid automatically by credit card and my wife didn't notice the increase for 8 months. They said they notified me by email, but I never received it. I only had this insurance for 2 years.

An extremely satisfied TruPanion customer!
Our mixed breed dog Dakota, was diagnosed with hip dysplasia and required a bi-lateral hip replacement. Shortly after replacing the left hip, he experienced a setback and cracked the bone in which the implant was inserted. The implant had to be replaced during a second surgery and the bone was reinforced with screws and a plate. TruPanion guided us through the process, assured us of the coverage, and covered the expenses without question. Trupanion allowed us to do what was right for Dakota without worrying about the financial impact. Fantastic peace of mind, great people, and a great company.

Great customer service
We have had Embrace pet insurance for our puppy Bernese Mtn Dog for about 10 months now and they have been great! They are really fast at turning claims around and always confirm when they have received or paid a claim. They have very personal and prompt customer service. They offer coverage for genetic issues that a lot of other companies barely pay anything for. I hopefully will never need to use that coverage but its nice to know its there if anything ever arises. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering insurance.
