mouth injury
our dog chewed a stick and got a splinter stuck in her gum that resulted in an infection. It took some time to get the infection cleared up. The insurance for the veteranry services seemed very uncertain.

So far so good.
So far my puppy has had only a stomach affliction. It took quite a while to be reimbursed, but it is great to have the peace of mind to not worry about taking him to the vet for any sickness.

Very courteous service and fast reimbursement
I am very impressed with Embrace approach to claim reimbursement. Not only they processed our claims in a short amount of time, but when they had a "back-log" of claims during holidays season, they kept following up with us, letting us know they recieved our claims and are working on them. That means a lot to us, just knowing they are not ignoring or forgetting their customers. I haven't had to follow up with them or "chase" after them a single time and I believe this to be a great customer service.

Healthy Paws saved the day this Christmas season!
Our poor little 1 year old lab mix suddenly started vomiting blood on the night before Christmas Eve, the cause of which remains unclear. He needed sedation, IV fluids, labs, x-rays, anti-nausea medications--the works. He started out at our regular vet's office then had to be transferred to the local Emergency pet hospital for ongoing care, more labs and overnight rehydration. He received timely and excellent care in both places, and fortunately he recovered completely over the next few days. Not surprisingly, however, the bill was just under $1000. Thanks to Healthy Paws, we were able to have both vets provide whatever care our puppy needed and knew we'd have much of it covered through his puppy insurance. The claims process is simple, and amazingly, we had our reimbursement check back in the bank within 6 days. 6 days!! I was shocked, especially given that this took place during the Christmas holiday week. This is the best $30/month I could ever spend. We can't thank you enough, Healthy Paws!
