Fast and simple
To file a claim was fast and simple to do. I just scanned and emailed my bill. Received my refund in a matter of days. They paid $114 out of a $182 bill for his yearly checkup and shots.

Amazing amazing service
Amazing amazing service. I had this insurance with my past baby. When I got my new baby I decided to go with Embrace because they offered comprehensive for additional money. BIG BIG BIG mistake. They take forever to process claims. Even when they have what they need something else is needed. Canceled that insurance and back with Trupanion.

Their ad says vet visit are covered
Their ad says vet visit are covered, recently took my dog for her annual check-up and update her shots, my bill was over $300 and they only paid out $17. With all the premiums I paid out it could have paid for my vet visit. Cancelling my account today

If I could give them zero I would. Made a hasty decision to switch from good long term policy due to rate increase and my friend’s recommendation. Not only did the sales rep mislead me on the significantly less coverage but when I complained they suddenly had a better plan available like my previous. I was instructed to cancel and apply again. After weeks of waiting with no coverage and no return calls, another rep said a letter was coming as that is the main form of communication. They were asking for additional vet exams and tests which I paid for and sent over. The exact same bad service experience happened again after weeks of waiting with no coverage and no return calls, another rep said they would not be covering any policy with no explanation even though I just cancelled theirs. So went online and ordered Pumpkin Pet.

Stop!!! Don't get!!
DO NOT GET !! WHEN I INITIALLY CALL TO PURCHASE INSURANCE FOR MY PET, I CLEARLY CLARIFIED TO AGENT, MY NEWLY ADOPTED PET HAD NO MEDICAL RECORDS, AND IF I WOULDN'T HAVE ANY DENIAL IN THE FUTURE IN CASE OF AN EMERGENCY. THEY SAID NO! WELL 6 MONTHS PASSED, I TOOK MY PET TO GET CHECKED, THEY FOUND A SMALL MASS. SO I DECIDED TO REMOVE, PAID $1,335. WELL THIS WAS IT. WITH WHAT I WAS TOLD, "I SHOULDN'T HAVE ANY ISSUES WITH THE COVERAGE", WRONG!!! I WAS DENIED BECAUSE I HAVE NO MEDICAL RECORD!! THEY ONLY SCAMMED ME WITH MY MONTHLY PREMIUMS!! DO NOT PURCHASE I HAVE WARNED MANY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO LOOK ELSEWHERE!! SERIOUSLY
