Phenomenal!
The price from Healthy Paws was excellent. We had to use our insurance much more than we would have liked following a fall our Jack Russell Terrier puppy suffered. Healthy Paws paid several thousand dollars very quickly and the customer service was excellent throughout. I have the 90% coverage and it has been fantastic.

My first claim experience was perfect.
I was reimbursed within 3 days and everything was simple and easy. It was such a relief, and a low stress claim experience is wonderful after the stress of a sick pet. So happy and glad I got pet insurance and that I chose Pets Best. The claim money was deposited right into my account.

Happy to have coverage
After an expensive illness with a beloved pet, I decided to try Embrace insurance. My first claims were for wellness exams, and I received my checks quite quickly after the company received my paperwork. The most difficult part was the health history for my older dog, and a lot of that was a delay from my vet's office. I filed my first claim, which was incomplete, but Embrace contacted my vet and got the missing paperwork. I was issued a check within two weeks. I have been very happy with the communication from the company and their response time.

I had looked around for the best pet insurance company had decided on Trupanion. I am glad that I had because it turned out that my puppy had crystals in her bladder. Trupanion does not cover examination fees but they covered the multiple urine tests and antibiotics that she needed. This claim in total was not huge but having the insurance was worth it. If you have any questions about a claim they email you back in a day or two. I am happy to recommend it to any one looking for a good pet insurance company.

Super friendly and fast claims process!
Wow, I did a ton of research before choosing Healthy Paws Insurance for my 3 cats. Two kittens and one senior cat. I have been a member now for a few months and have already had several claims processed super fast, no denials and they are super friendly. They truly care about our pets!! Wonderful Insurance company that has given us so much peace of mind!!
