Highly recommend Pets Best Insurance
When faced with a life threatening illness affecting your pet, the last thing you want to think about is the cost of treatment. Yet, it is a harsh reality. With help from Pets Best Insurance, my dog was able to receive the care that he needed. All of his lymphoma treatments were covered, up to the condition limit. Payment on claims were received within 7days The agents I spoke with on the phone were friendly, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my dogs situation. I purchased coverage with Pets Best for my other two dogs after this experience.

I have a collie who is going through a bladder and urinary problem and a sheltie that has just had a horrid eye infection. I am so happy that I have trupanion-I left my other insurance company as trying to put in a claim was a nightmare. Trupanion is extremely helpful and easy to work with. I made the right choice in switching!

Absolute best no hassle customer service!
My first experience with my sick puppy was so easy I was shocked. I was so surprised about not being hassled, but also how unbelievably fast they got my reimbursement check to me. They even sent an e-mail to check how Millie was doing. Excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

Terrible experience with Pets Best
I submitted a claim that was suported by a very thorough and comprehensive letter from the veterinary surgeon. He explained a trauma was the presumed cause of the injury that necessitated knee surgery. The claim was denied as was my appeal. I am totally dissapointed and just cancelled my policy in December.

Better than my Personal Insurance
I am amazed that my claim can be submitted, reviewed, and a payment issued in one day. I don't even get that kind of service from my personal insurance. I think Embrace needs to give Blue Cross and Blue Sheild some lessons on customer service. Your question below that asks if I would recommend this Company is definitely a yes and as a matter of fact, I already got my neighbor to sign up.

This afternoon I purchased 2 flats of prescribed canned wet food for my special-needs rescue kitty-girl. The total was $111.74 & I was grateful to my vet's assistant for faxing in the claim to Embrace immediately upon my purchase. When I got home about 2 hours later what to my wondering eyes did appear but an e-mail showing *same-day* claim reimbursement via direct-deposit of the full amount of the claim!!! WOW is all I can say - as well as "thank you Cynthia Hokes for your excellent professional handling of my claim!" I really need every penny especially this time of the year. Many thanks Embrace Pet Insurance!!!

Very nice agents who explained the entire process
I called and spoke to the insurance agent about the claim and the representative explained the entire process to me via the phone. The insurance rep advised me how long the claim would take place and what paperwork they needed. I appreciate the service and time the agent took to cover the insurance claim process.
