Awesome Service and fast, fair payment!
I am very happy I chose Trupanion for my cat; Qtip. I've had coverage with Trupanion since I adopted him a year ago and took him in to have his teeth cleaned and for a check up. The doctor noticed a lump on his hip and decided it needed to be surgically removed so handled that while doing the teeth cleaning. The bill was $835.95 and the only part not covered was the teeth cleaning and some vaccinations which I would not have expected coverage for. Q-Tip's surgery was on May 8th and I just received an email from Trupanion advising they have paid our claim via direct deposit. The total they paid was $638.96. Wonderful customer service from Kyra and Carmen (the two ladies I spoke with when I called.) Trupanion is a ROCK SOLID, CUSTOMER FOCUSED, CLASS ACT! I am so glad to have their coverage as $835. out of pocket was a bit of a stretch for me but I will do anything for my little guy. Having Trupanion let me focus on doing everything needed to get him better without having to worry about my finances. The lab work on the removed tumor came back and it was cancer so catching it early and removing it hopefully has helped to ensure it didn't spread. I'm taking Qtip in for a follow up and xrays to make sure the hip bone is not showing signs of Cancer and Im glad to know those will be covered as well. God forbid anything further comes up I feel so at ease knowing I will never have to decide between getting him the best care or not being able to afford it and having to put him to sleep!

I am so excited to have completed my first claim within two weeks of insuring my furry baby, and the process was truly as promised! Within minutes of my vet faxing the claim and receipt, I got a confirmation email and then a couple more with the status. And my status was 100% reimbursement! Great experience with Embrace
Our beloved golden retriever has a unusual diagnosis of Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth. She takes an antibiotic every day to enable her to digest her food properly. She has been licking herself a bit obsessively lately so she's made several visits the last few months. Embrace has covered all of her expenses without any problems. I wish the health insurance for us was as easy!

Healthy Paws paid for a root canal!
A little over three months ago my wife and I adopted two adult old dogs, a male American Bull Dog and a female pit bull mix. Because we'd had a very negative experience with another pet insurance company previously (VPI - avoid them!) we were reluctant to buy insurance again when we adopted our new pups. But we are so glad we did! A few months after adopting the dogs the female fractured her upper right canine tooth. Our local vet would have extracted the tooth but explained that the recovery period would be rough: 2-3 weeks on soft food with a risk of infection and, of course, loss of the tooth. She recommended we see a veterinary dentist who might be able to save the tooth and that is what we did. The doctor, Michael Jennings of VSEC in Levittown, Pa., operated on our girl and saved the tooth as promised. The bill, which included the removal and testing of a red growth on her chest, was close to $4,000, which we could not have afforded if we did not have insurance. Though it was not required, we got a pre-authorization from Healthy Paws and had the procedure, confident that that we would be reimbursed for 90 percent (less our $250 deductible.) Healthy Paws processed our claim within a week and issued the check.
