Highly recommend
I have had Embrace Insurance for our Great Dane for just over a year and it has been awesome. We have had a run of bad luck with surgeries and ER visits and every time I think "this time I won't be reimbursed", I am wrong. Embrace has saved me thousands of dollars in just the first year - and at this point, I am hoping that I don't need them any more.... On top of that, their customer service could not be more friendly and all payments have arrived within weeks of filing claims. I strongly recommend for anyone with a pet and especially those like a Great Dane who are prone to having issues.

Lame Doberman
I have been constantly impressed by this company. Unfortunately our doberman had had forelimb lameness in the past and it has become chronic. Lately he developed iliopsoas syndrome in his hind legs. So we go to physical therapy twice a week to help him get well. Embrace sends my reimbursement checks in very reasonable time, I have spread the word to everyone about this company.

Trupanion - great service and support
Appa was a Great Pyrenees mix that we adopted from a rescue. In the one year we had him, he tore his ACL and was diagnosed with bone cancer. In total Appa’s medical care cost about $15k while he was in our care and Trupanion covered 90% of that amount without complaint or hassle. The only thing they don't cover is examinations, which is kind of a pain, but honestly the exam was usually $60-100 and the actual medical service was several thousand so not a huge deal. I would recommend Trupanion to any pet owner.

ASPCA Insurance was the best choice in pet care
We all care for our pets, and want the best health care provided. As an owner of two chihuahuas, I was not interested in getting insurance for my doges. My mom told me about ASPCA. She initiated the application, and I thank her each day for I have not been disappointed. With the rising cost of pet health care, pet insurance is important. ASPCA Pet Insurance managment is helpful and prompt with claims. I love even the fact that they'll call to follow up on how your pet is doing after a surgery or emergency visit. I wouldn't change to another company.

Outstanding Service From the Team @ TRUPANION
On my search for an insurance provider who would be there for me if any unforeseen illness or accident happened to my Chocolate Lab I found TRUPANION. I called the front desk staff at multiple vet hospitals in my area and asked the staff members who check in the patients and process payments and all 3 without a doubt recommended TRUPANION. The customer service and staff are outstanding, kind and patient. The initial paperwork and process took a while due to having to check with our local vets for any pre-existing diagnosis, but once all of our dogs records were in their hands every claim for reimbursements has gone smoothly and quickly. I also like the ability to change your deductible and monthly payments any time you choose to manage your pups needs.

could not be happier with claim process
Our Dog was bitten by snake and needed very expensive treatment and overnight care .The forms were faxed through to the emergency vet. Two days after I submitted the claim I received mail to say 90% of my claim was being paid .

Pet insurance worthwhile
I have had my large terrier covered by ASPCA pet insurance for 10 years. There have been times when I haven't used it but the times that I have needed it have been major. They have always been responsive and helpful. The claims are paid in a timely manner and personal interactions by phone have been caring and supportive. The peace of mind of having pet insurance to help with those unpredictable large events has been huge.
