Great customer service
Our dog has had several claims since we signed up last year - payment is prompt and so easy to file online. I would highly recommend this insurance!

Never again
I bought my 1st policy from Embrace alomst a year ago. They've made so many mistakes, I can't name them all, from asking the wrong vet for info on my dog to processing a medical/wellness claim as just a wellness claim. Now they refuse to pay any portion(including Heartguard) for that claim. They say they can't get the info they need from the vet (that lying vet said they gave them all the info they asked for-when they finally asked the right vet). Apparently, this is a normal tactic to avoid paying a legitimate claim. They haven't paid any medical claims (deductible),and wouldn't have to for this claim; they just use it as an excuse not to pay the wellness claim. This is the kind of company that gives insurance a bad name.

I really appreciate being informed in plain English what's happening with a claim for my cat. Filing a claim is a simple form I give to my vet, then I receive emails from Trupanion when the claim is being reviewed, and then when the decision is made about the outcome. I'm never left wondering "what's this form?" or "what the heck does this mean?" That means a lot when I'm already worried about my little guy. Thank you!

Embrace ROCKS!!
That really sums it up!! I am so glad that I decided to start using Embrace last year for my (now) 3 pugs, 2 of which are seniors. They are so helpful and accommodating when I call to ask questions or change my policy in some way. The claims are processed so quickly, and I never have to worry about the details. If I hadn't Embraced them I would now have to work another job!

Trupanion is outstanding!
My 11 yr old cat(Sam) has been diagnosed with "mega colon". Trupanion has always done exactly as they advertise including pay for much of Sam's monthly prescription which he will be on for the of his sweet life. I am so glad I signed up for Trupanion for both my Sam and Annabelle.

Certainly, one of the very best investments for my dog, Embrace Insurance has helped to subsidize the Vet bills incurred recently. We have had a bout of Sharpei Fever and miscellaneous inflammatory issues along with a bacterial infection. Embrace Insurance quickly and efficiently paid out 80 percent. Thank you!

Piece of Mind
I just want to let you know that you have been an amazing company...my poor Teghan passed away last week but I will tell you that I never worried about his care...and we went everywhere...pain management specialist, acupuncture, holistic care, amputation, chemotherapy...he had it all and hung in there until the end...it wasn't the cancer who took my poor baby but a prior TPLO surgery on a rear leg and his other leg suffered and it was time for my little hero and not being pushed to make that decision because of money was the best piece of mind that I could have been given...I was able to give him the best care possible.
