Thank God for our ASPCA insurance
Our beloved Buttons , now 13 years old ,was recently diagnosed with lung cancer . She needed extensive surgery and follow-up care, the cost of which was high. The ASPCA claim was answered in a timely manner that was more than adequate to help cover the expenses. First Claim
I filed my first claim with Embrace. There were a few hiccups. The fax my vet sent was not received, so I had to resubmit by email. When I called a week later to check on the status, I was told the claim had gotten "stuck in the system." However, I received my explanation of benefits today; and the charges were approved without a convoluted and cryptic calculation of "usual and customary" amounts. The call takers were always polite and helpful, especially Jessica.

We were amazed at how fast this claim was processed and paid! It took less than a day or two before they contacted us and told us that our pups claim was excepted and payment will be sent to us in another couple of days! Excellent customer service!
