Amazing!
Trupanion truly made the experience of my puppy breaking his leg much, much easier. The customer service was amazing and incredibly helpful. The approval came within one day and the check came a week after the procedure. It was a huge relief to know that that was there for me. The stress of your puppy hurting himself is difficult enough, but knowing the cost was was covered helped tremendously. Especially after the stress of the hurricane and everything we went through with that. Trupanion is amazing and I will recommend them to everyone I know with a pet.

So far not happy with claim service
I filed my first claim due to my three year old Pug first ear infection. It took over a month for them to apply my claim to my deductible and this is after I had to call them numerous times. At this point not sure if I picked the right pet insurance to work with, I guess we will have to wait and see if this was just a bad month for them or if I get the run around again in the future.

Typical Insurance Racket
SHAME ON ASPCA!!! Every Claim was sent back with a NO. You have to call and argue for them to cover anything. They hide behind waiting periods as a way to deny claims. When you really need them they will not be there for you or your pet. Save your money, you will wind up paying for everything out of pocket anyway if you go with them. They are the WORST!

A very happy customer.
My 6 year old dog was bitten by a rattlesnake 3 years ago and Pets Best Insurance paid $1800.00 of a $2200.00 bill. I was very pleased and satisfied with the process of the claim procedures and the amount covered. Last month the same dog got an infection in her toe and her nail had to be removed. Pets Best paid $564.00 of a $805.00 bill. I received by check in less than a week with updates by email along the way. I am very happy with Pets Best and I recommend them often.

Wonderful pet insurance company
