Great first time experience

The online claim was easy and fast
The online claim was easy and fast, I submitted the paperwork provided by my vet at the time Fiona was picked up. Shortly after within an hour, I was asked for further information such as the doctors notes. I called my vet and asked for them. They said it would take a couple of days. Within the timeframe Spot insurance representative reached out to my vet to acquire the necessary information/paperwork. My claim was processed and approved in less than one week of filing. Its my first time filing a claim, and I couldn’t be happier with the seamless process. Currently waiting for the automatic payment to arrive in my bank account. Super happy customer, my pets needs are being met! Thank you Spot Insurance!.
