After years of being a policy holder
After years of being a policy holder, they dumped me like a ton of bricks. Will not renew with them.

The best thing that I did when I adopted!
The best thing that I did when I adopted my little Mini-poodle, Ginger was to get pet insurance for her. Being only 5 months old, I do believe she was younger though, it supplied me with the confidence that her being covered would give me some financial relief when some medical problems came up !

Rachel Dillard was very helpful and informative. She explained to me in detail how my insurance works, which I wish I knew years ago. Thank you for your help Rachel!

Just joined for my new puppy I will be adopting within the next 1.5 weeks. The agent was very patient and helped me tailor the policy to my exact needs.

Embrace is not what it used to be!
I have had Embrace insurance for about a decade. We experienced a life threatening situation in our lives and Embrace was completely inflexible in accepting claims.

Renew pet policy
I called to see about rates for renewing our dogs insurance. Rachel Dilliard was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the insurance especially with increasing and decreasing rates. I did decide to continue with the policy but only decreased the Wellness plan. Exceptional customer service. A true pleasure to work with this representative. I highly recommend Fetch Pet Insurance.

We can't thank HealthyPaws enough for…
We can't thank HealthyPaws enough for being there when our family most needed them. We have been HealthyPaws customers since Biscuit was 4 months old and have never been disappointed, and in all seriousness we can say you are our favorite business relationship, one of the few that does more than promised and delivers exactly what you say you will with care, empathy, professionalism and speed. Biscuit like any dog has had his exciting moments, he got a bite that got infected, he broke a paw and has had various other predictable canine troubles, and every time we needed Healthypaws to step up they have been there. Frankly human health insurance, car insurance and life insurance should be run with the speed and dedication the Healthypaws team shows to our furry friends. But none of those situations prepared us for what transpired in the past couple months. When Biscuit needed surgery to remove a tumor on his liver we were advised that it was a risky but fairly routine procedure, it turned out to be far more complicated and treacherous than could have been anticipated. We are happy to report that after 3 near death experiences and 2 weeks in the ICU Biscuit is back on his feet and recovering brilliantly. It was a harrowing experience and there were difficult decisions that had to be made on a number of occasions, but we knew that with HealthyPaws we could make the right decisions without fear. On behalf of ourselves and Biscuit, thank you!

Fake pre existing conditions
Screw embrace. They use any excuse possible to deny coverage due to pre-existing conditions, even when the vet says in writing that the issue the pet is having is not related to that condition.
