Continued great coverage AND excellent service
Thanks again to Embraces fast and no hassle response. I just added our 4th pet to the policy. I recommend Embrace to anyone I met with pets. It's reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. Plus Laura seems like an A+++ employer and treats her employees like partners. I really like this company. Been with them for 5 plus years.

Excellent - the best!
Embrace has been phenomenal during my dog's time of need. I had purchased a pet insurance policy years ago because I was worried that my dog may someday get hit by a car. I never would have imagined that I would need it for Inter-vertebral Disc Disease which left him paralyzed in his hind legs one morning. Without Embrace I would have been unable to afford the emergency surgery he needed. The best part has been that prior to the accident they were able to customize a plan to work with my budget, and that they do NOT set a limit "per incident". The surgery alone cost $5,550 and my dog will still need additional therapy and rehab to walk again. Embrace reimbursed me $4,200 within 10-14 days after filing my claim. The customer service has been outstanding and I have nothing but accolades for Embrace.

My 7 year old pocket pit/boston terrier fell off a cliff, developed pancreatitis, then an autoimmune polyarthritis. This is after a claim for a TPLO surgery and a poison ingestion. Trupanion has been there for me with ALL of the incidents without question.

My 7 year old pocket pit/boston terrier fell off a cliff, developed pancreatitis, then an autoimmune polyarthritis. This is after a claim for a TPLO surgery and a poison ingestion. Trupanion has been there for me with ALL of the incidents without question.

I'll be forever grateful to Trupanion for the speed and efficiency with which they've reimbursed me for my new kitten's veterinary expenses. I'm especially grateful because I'd *just* adopted the kitten and registered with Trupanion when my wildly rambunctious adoptee quite seriously injured a bone in one leg. The fact that Trupanion didn't question the timing of the injury impressed me deeply. Thank you!!!
