Another Good Experience
I have experienced consistent quality service from ASPCA. The process to file claims is very quick and easy and ASPCA provides periodic updates on the status of my claims. I have never had a claim denied and reimbursement is prompt. I am a very satisfied customer.

Excellent Pet insurance and great customer service
Unfortunately, had a serious issue with my bulldog several weeks ago and Embrace insurance provided excellent customer service and proactively did everything possible to support us during this difficult time. I have had several dogs over the last several years with various insurance companies, yet Embrace Pet insurance is the best possible coverage and customer service oriented company I have seen to date. They are a top notch company and will continue be recommending them to friends and family going forward.

Glad we have insurance
We got insurance after our puppy was stung by a bee and had a bad reaction. Wished we had insurance before the incident. After we got the insurance our puppy ended up being diagnosed with allergies and was in the vet numerous amount of times. So glad we had the insurance. Although the insurance didn't cover everything, we were pleased with what it did cover.

Seriousely the best pet insurance available
My dog was on another insurance for about 6 years. I changed over to Healthy Paws because I couldn't strand dealing with the other insurance and I had read rave reviews about Healthy Paws. Within a 6 weeks of being on the insurance, my dog needed emergency surgery for a splenectomy. Costs were about $5,300. If we hadn't had this insurance, we wouldn't have been able to afford the surgery and would have had to put him down. I had a check in hand 2 or 3 days after I had submitted the claim. It took longer because there was a lot of paperwork. My cat needed exploratory surgery last week and Healthy Paws offered to prepay their portion of the bill. Once again, the time between submitting the claim and receiving a check was just a few days. The few times I've had to actually speak to someone, they were very pleasant. Emails are answered within a few hours. And they just sent me an email asking about how he was feeling and were specific as to what sort of surgery he had. I seriously can't say enough nice thing about them!!!!

Pets Best has exceeded all of my expectations.
Pets Best is one of the best decisions I have made on behalf of my dogs - my German Shepherd was recently diagnosed with Immune Mediated Polyarthritis, a disease that seems to be relatively simple to manage but was very complex and expensive to diagnose. Many x-rays, joint-taps, and anti-inflammatory trials later, we had a diagnosis and my boy has been making great progress. I don't think I would have been able to pursue a diagnosis without the help and security of Pets Best insurance. They lived up to every promise and have been fast to process my claims and are true to the policy that I signed up for. Thank you Pets Best, you are amazing!

That was quick
I'm so pleased as to how fast our claim was processed, wish our health insurance was this fast. Moose is doing much better now,his ear problem has cleared up now, Have told numerous friends with pets about Embrace, I'm so glad we have it for our little Moose, gives me peace of mind knowing it's there when he needs it.

Insurance is Predatory, and this is not exception
I have been disappointed with the bait and switch tactics of most Pet Insurance Companies, and Pet's Best isn't immune. This industry preys on your love for your pet ~ and since you would be devastated if you couldn't afford what your pet needs to live pain-free, you will pay through the nose to insure against the possibility of illness or injury. they offer you what seems a decent price, but if you file claims, your rates go through the roof and they claim they are 'reevaluating coverage based on local costs of care'. You like to think that they are taking on the same risk that you are, but they aren't. They can do whatever they want, because there aren't any rules monitoring this insurance area. They are literally getting away with murder. And don't sign up for the wellness benefit ~ it doesn't cover enough of your pet's routine care to bother. It costs over $550 for me to get my pet's teeth cleaned, and they hardly cover any of it.

Excellent Pet Care!
Embrace is awesome. I can't tell you how many times I have already had to go to the vet this year because I have a puppy and Embrace has really helped save my pet's life and my bank account. I am so grateful Embrace has affordable health plans and definitely insist on anyone with a pet who doesn't have insurance to sign up!

Excellent coverage, great service
Evan though this review only relates to one particular claim, my experience with ASPCA has been terrific the entire time our dog has been insured with them. The coverage is great and their service has been simply excellent. If only the "human" insurance companies were on the same level. I can warmly recommend ASPCA to anyone with pets.
