Embrace is "Top Shelf" for covering my Spartan
I spent a lot of time on the internet looking for the right dog health insurance that will cover my puppy for illness or accident without any "hassles". My dog gets sick or has an accident, I get reimbursed according to my policy... period! Well, I found that Embrace Pet Insurance was rated as one of the top companies you can rely on for prompt, fair and courteous service. No one wants to see their pet get sick or hurt, but when they do, Embrace is there to ease my pain! My 18 month old Boxer has a couple of issues where my claim was faxed in by the Vet and within a day or two, Embrace emailed me they had received the claim and it was in review. A few days later I'm notified the claim has been approved and I can use their "Portal" to see what is being sent back to me! Great decision to get Embrace!

so glad we got trupanion!!!
we got trupanion on our 1st new puppy wellness check..... boy are we glad...... in the 1 1/2 years we've had her she has had numerous medical problems due to sensitivities from bug bites, allergens, the beach, etc..... our vet files the paperwork.... we immediately hear from trupanion that they received it & are processing the claims.... we get a check in about a week give or take....... when we failed to receive a very large reimbursement.... i called... they said it had been sent a few weeks ago... lost in mail?.... so they sent us a new check in less than 10 days

Connor's Surgery/ASPCA's Follow up
Our Rott/Sherpard mix is 4 years old. He Injured his right rear leg (CCL injury). Connor received excellent care at VCA Sacramento Vet. Referral Center. Once he came home we received follow up calls from ASPCA asking how Connor was doing. We were reimbursed for almost all the expense for Connor's operation which was a pleasant surprise. We have been with ASPCA for almost 2 years and couldn't be happier. Our Thanks to Bob (ASPCA) who contacted us yesterday and was extremely helpful and interested in Connor's recovery. We are extremely pleased with the employees at ASPCA and the way Connor has been treated throughout his recovery.

Best Pet Insurance
We have pet Insurance with "Healthy Paws." Recently our dog required emergency surgery and ICU care for a bowel obstruction. Our experience with "Healthy Paws" was exceptional! We received immediate feedback and they processed our claims immediately. They helped us to obtain required records from the Animal Hospital. Every person I spoke with from "Healthy Paws" was so professional and caring. They have had excellent follow-up as well. This saved us thousands of dollars. Excellent company!

Cannot recommend Trupanion enough!
I bought pet insurance for our dog when we adopted him as a puppy. And wouldn't you know it...he is epileptic. His epilepsy is particularly hard to control, and I wish he did not have it, but we have NEVER had to think about the cost in treating him. Trupanion pays 90% of all of his epilepsy related treatments for LIFE! I recommend it to everyone who has a pet in their family.

Limping, Lameness (TPLO)
Our sweet girl torn her cruciate ligament, we decided on the TPLO procedure. TPLO is a very invasive surgery but after trying everything else this was our last resort. Dealing with a sick pet is tough but Trupanion made the claim process simple and they processed our claim fast. We are very thankful to have Trupanion.
