Incapable of responding to emails
We signed up on line & received a declarations page. Our trial month was almost up but we still got notifications to sign up. When we called to find out why, they said we weren't signed up but couldn't understand why the credit card info was in the system. We were asked if we wanted to sign up & the price was now higher than that stated on our declarations page. We were told that price was only good for 24hrs but this is nowhere in writing & our vet said that's not true. After 2 months of waiting for a written response, I cancelled. If a company can't respond to emails, they've got a problem.

When we got our little boxer puppy, Molly we immediately found that this variety of dog, is prone to health issues. So we searched the web, and found Embrace to be highly regarded company and have been with them ever since. The claims that we have been made have been paid promptly, and we are alway provide with claim status. we will tell you that with out Embrace support, it would have been most difficult to provide the care that we have for Molly!

Just makes good sense to have Embrace !
I compared pet insurance companies 6 years ago and picked Embrace.Best decision ever! My 10 year old, 5 pound Shih Tzu, poked herself in the eye with a frozen piece of grass 2 years ago. Eye surgery, follow up visits and eye meds added up to a few thousand dollars. I paid my deductible and copayment and Embrace covered the rest. There have been other illnesses and having the insurance is " peace of mind" knowing I can afford the vet care. The claim forms are simple to fill out. The communication via email about claim status is excellent. The check is in the mail within 2 -3 weeks. I live in a neighborhood that has a pet park, so there are a lot of dogs out all the time. In the neighborhood information area, I put out Embrace brochures for neighbors and I spread the word. My sister signed up her dog last year. It just makes good sense to have Embrace pet insurance for emergencies and illnesses. We want the best for our loved ones!!

Peace of mind
My 6 yr old Frenchie had mass in the back of his throat discovered when he went in for a cracked molar. We were referred to a surgical speciialist because of where the growth was, even though it was benign. Luckily, when he had a lot of swelling post op they were able to save his life by doing a temporary tracheostomy. He is now a month out from his surgery and is a happy, healthy, funny boy again! Despite the stress of a tricky surgery and potential complications, our stress was somewhat allayed as Healthy Paws covered everything!! Thank you Healthy Paws!

My 9 yr old Frenchie, Sophie, came down with terrible diarrhea and wouldn't eat. We thought it was the same thing one of our others had come down with and she recovered in a day. Not Sophie! After a day we took her to the vet and she was hospitalized with severe dehydration, acute kidney failure, and was very weak. She was hospitalized for four days, getting IV fluids, antibiotics, and other supportive meds. She finally started recovering but we still don't know what it was and over a month later is fine. Our brand new policy paid as promised! Thank goodness! A godsend!
