Pets Best really is THE BEST

Pets Best, We cannot begin to thank you enough for helping us save our English Bulldog! He became very sick and needed an emergency surgery. As you can imagine, it was extremely expensive. However, we were able to turn to Pets Best and this helped so much financially. We were able to focus on helping our little guy recover, instead of stressing about our finances. Pets best was very plesant to work with and again, we cannot thank you enough. Sincerely, Kirby and Tom

Roman was saved without wiping me out

My big dog Roman went down hard with a herniated disk in his neck. He was largely paralyzed and could not stand or walk. Fortunately I had taken the precaution of insuring him and I happen to live near one of the finest Veterinary Hospitals in the country. Within a week, he was walking again and Trupanion paid the bulk of the cost. My settlement required that I turn in a form to the hospital with my name, email address (which identified my account) and name of my pet and one month later I got the check.

Third set of claims Refused

I have had Trupanion for almost 2 years. My labrador Boson had hot spots prior to the insurance. Boson also has had a mass on his leg recently that was biopsied and needs to be removed. I submitted claims for the biopsy and two other claims but all three were refused. According to their "experts" the mass on his leg was a precondition of the hot spots. They also raised my rate last year. I am through with these crooks. I suspect that if Boson got out and got hit by a car and needed surgery, they would deny it saying it was related to his previous hotspots. This insurance is total CRAP. Don't waste your money. Put the premiums you would pay into a savings account and you will be ahead.

Chacha and embrace

At first I was hesitant to get pet insurance but since my 10 year old cocker spaniel was aging I knew it was time to get her insurance just in case something happened. Sure enough ChaCha was diagnosed with a malignant mast cell tumor and I'm thankful that embrace was there to help us cover the cost. Anytime I've had questions the staff have always been more than helpful and process things within a reasonable time. Glad embrace has been with ChaCha and I through this process. She will soon be cancer free!

Just cancelled my policies

In my experience with Nationwide, they do anything they can to prevent paying claims and bury you with paperwork in the process.

Doing the right thing

Embrace has never argued with me- they just apply the rules and then pay or don't pay accordingly. I have experienced good results with them paying for various illnesses with my dogs and will continue to use their service for any future pets. I just had a big expense with one dog's intestinal problems and they sent me a check for $1,300+.

Good service, efficient, no hassle

We were very pleased with the coverage and reimbursement for our mini-schnauzer's bladder stone surgery- the surgery was expensive and unexpected but the ASPCA came through wonderfully. We are very pleased with this pet insurance!
