i think they were great !!!!!
got my dog from a resue shelter and shortly after getting him he started scrathing brought him to the vet and the bills started piling up my husband said dont get the insurance but like most of the time i didnt listen to him it payed off after a small deductable they started paying for testing and know allergy meds very pleased with them great service and very friendly reps to talk to uit took them about 2 weeks to process the claim

BEST $$$ I have EVER SPENT!! WORTH EVERY PENNY!
Our 8 year old Nala has been insured her entire life with ASPCA. Because she is an active girl she has in the past two years torn both her ACL's, and needed TPLO surgery for each $5,000 each time. Our ASPCA coverage plan made it so much easier to go ahead with the surgery at the best Veterinary Hospital around. Our claims were paid before she had even recovered from surgery and returned to the park for playtime. The customer service is wonderful too, they always call to check and see how my fuzzykid is healing. The real value is in the peace of mind. In addition the low deductible and overall coverage for regular visits and medications is truly exceptional.

It was completely worth it for that "What if".
When I was looking at which breed of dog was right for me, a greyhound was a perfect fit because of temperament, exercise needs, and health. I wanted a healthy breed! Upon adoption I immediately knew I would need peace of mind for that "What if" scenario, and lo and behold-my 5 year, healthy breed developed oral cancer. Healthy Paws helped me save Manny's life. He has a good prognosis and an excellent shot in life because I didn't have to hesitate/think about finances. When that first reimbursement check came in the mail, I was so thankful. They have continued to cover everything they said they would, and Manny is currently undergoing expensive, necessary Radiation Therapy to give him the best chance. Thank you Healthy Paws-on top of everything you do, your customer service is one of a kind.

Insurance provides Piece of Mind
Shadow is a 10 year old Labrador Retriever and as she's gotten older she has developed a few problems. Recently while chasing a ball she slipped and hurt her leg. Immediately, I wrapped her up and brought her to the vet. The cost never entered my mind. Having the insurance gave me the comfort knowing I would be able to afford her treatment. After a few visits, x-rays, shots we spent more than a few hundred dollars. I probably would have spent the money anyway but I was glad I had purchased the insurance. I am very happy I made the decision when Shadow was a puppy and I will purchase another policy when we get another dog. The ability to file a claim on line was excellent. All I had to do was scan the paid bills and upload them to the website. A few days later they let me know the claim was approved and I received a check soon thereafter

I have found making claims with Embrace Insurance to be easy and they respond quickly and pleasantly. I usually have a check within one week of my pet being seen for an illness/accident. Very pleased!

Trupanion is very quick at turning around claims which is awesome when you are dealing with the stress and cost of your sick companion. We have a relatively high deductible, but with the soaring cost of vet bills, it is easily met when an illness befalls your pet. Knowing that the rest of the costs are covered at 90% after the deductible is comforting.

Great Coverage for Older Dogs!
I have this insurance for both my pugs, who are 9 and 11. I do like how there is an upfront review of what will and will not be covered due to pre-existing conditions (so I suggest getting insurance right away before any issues arise). I was suprised they offered coverage to my oldest and am grateful they did because they have been covering his cancer treatments with no issues. The process is very easy and I like that you can go online and see the status of your claim. The wellness coverage is great too, I use that every year to cover their teeth cleaning. I highly recommend.
