Trupanion is the real deal. The claim process was super simple and they processed our claim fast. Especially when dealing with a sick pet, Trupanion made me sleep easier knowing there were less headaches on the insurance front. Thanks Trupanion!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED
If your pet isn’t 100% healthy, then don’t waste your money like I did. I thought I was getting a solid peace of mind for my pet, it didn’t happen. Years of paying for a service that denied 2 claims based on the same pre-existing condition. The second denial was the hardest as an appeal was made and they dug until they could re-deny it again. I say, save the monthly fee in the bank, earn interest and you’ll have the money for your Vet bills. This will be my future plan.

Embrace is a great company. This is my second year with them and my Ella was injuried while she was protecting our house from an intruding animal. Without her bravery I would have lost my cat too. She had 2 emergency surgeries to repair her face and thankfully did not lose sight in her eye. Embrace paid her claim within days of submission. Her $1,000 vet bill only cost us about 500 after our deductible. Glad to report Ella is back to her amazing self. And with the wellness rewards her annual visits and preventative flea, tick, and heart worm medications are refundable up too our max of $400 a year. It's a great help to save your pets life.

My 9 1/2 year old dog Jasmine has been through a number of unexpected injuries and illnesses this year. Having Trupanion has helped by covering the costs of the vet bills for her dental surgeries as well as other illnesses. Trupanion was also there to help when Jasmine was diagnosed with Cancer and needed a surgery to remove her tumor, this was 2 1/2 years ago. I have confidence when I go to the Vet that Trupanion is there to help with the costs.
