A seemingly caring insurance company.
My Molly, a rescued puppy mill Maltese, has been insured by this company for about 3 years. They would not cover the allergy problem due to it being pre-existing. However, they have covered everything else I had made claims on in an expeditious manner. They have lowered my rates based on the amount of total claims for the year being lower than expected. They cover many things that other companies didn't. I will continue to use them as long as I have a pet.

Awesome company!
My cat unfortunately developed thymoma, which is a tumor of the thymus. It was first detected by X-ray and was ultimately treated by chemotherapy, followed by surgery. Trupanion covered 90% of all the medical costs, from diagnosis to surgery, which was critically important. The initial claim took a few weeks, since it was my first claim. After that the claims only took about a week to process and pay. They were sensitive and responsive. I will use them again with my next cat.

Reliable insurance for my pets needs.
We have a 14 year-old Jack Russell Terrier who sustained an eye injury. Unfortunately, he ended up having emergency surgery to remove the eye and it was costly. I submitted the claims to ASPCA and they paid over half of the bill in a timely manner. We have used this insurance over the years and have never had claim issues. I recommend this insurance to all of my friends and I will continue to buy it for all of my pets. I've compared them to others and they always come out on top!

The Best Pet Insurance you can FIND!!!
Healthy Paws made getting my dog Allie the best care that was possible, when she started having seizures, without having to worry about the cost. It makes my life easier knowing that she is covered from head to toe. Thank you Healthy Paws for all you have done and will do in the future. Allie thanks you as well!!!!!!Pros- -they are very friendly and understanding when you call and talk to them -We got our reimbursement check back to us in a timely manner and this was her first claim which was really impressive. -Most of all the legitimately care for your animal. Which means a lot!!! i would rate them higher then a 10 but it doesn't go any higher.

Customer service dedicated, worth the money.
So happy that I found this insurance. The people that have worked with me since I enrolled have been nothing but amazing! Responded to my emails within 24 hours or less, validated my frustrations, and did everything they could to help me. If nothing else I feel better knowing that I have them looking out for my dog. Even though my claim was to early to get money back, my customer service rep got me 50+ dollars back almost immediately because of my wellness rewards. Enough said :)
