Jeremy, answered all of my questions with knowledgeable answers. He was empathetic and listened to my stories on how we saved 5 kittens and ended up keeping all of them. As having nationwide as my pet insurance for over 10 years, it was a no brainer to get the kitties on board. The process was easy and smooth.
