Very misleading company
Very misleading company. After my insurance went into effect I had my dog treated for some nausea and diarrhea she had been having for a day. They denied the claim and informed me that since this was her first visit and record for them they would deny any future claims involving vomiting and diarrhea as this is apparently her baseline according to them. This after I had made multiple calls after they tried to dismiss my claim for not having a year of medical records on a dog I've had for 3 months. Their prices aren't bad but in the end I just ended up paying for both insurance and a full vet bill. Not a service I plan on renewing again.

I was worried about pet insurance but took a chance on spot and it has helped me more than you could imagine. If your able to do everything online it is so easy. I have never had such a great experience with insurance company's. I am actually gonna get another dog just because of spot insurance. Thank you spot

Not worth it
I signed up for pet insurance with Embrace many years ago. Since then I submitted one invoice for $880 and received less than $200 back as most of the things that were diagnosed on the invoice was not covered. I have been paying $190 every month and this month the price went up to $410!!!! Are they giving me anything more for this exorbitant increase?? NO. When I called the company to find out about the doubling of the monthly rate, I could barely understand the representative as her accent was so strong I had to ask her to constantly repeat herself. Then, respectfully I had to ask her to connect me with someone else. Are they sourcing their customer service department out of the country to save money??

I had to put my dog down I had after 14 years. They did not cover a single dime of my 1100.00 bill. I paid them an additional 900.00 for the coverage on my dog. So basically I gave these people 900.00 for free. They say they cover emergency's for your pet, well I would say I took my dog to the vet and he passed not even 2 hours later. I guess they do not consider that an emergency. Dont hand out free money, because that is what you will do with these people.

I really appreciate the service I get working with SPOT pet insurance. Easy to use- can do everything via their port. Great vet bill review and process. I’ve had them now for over 2 years! Highly recommend them for your animal kids 😊
