Do not under any circumstances purchase…

Do not under any circumstances purchase Fetch pet insurance. I paid my premiums faithfully for my giant breed dog for many years. They continue to find reasons to deny a claim for a foreign body obstruction. I am a single parent spending 138 per month and they are denying the claim. There is no one to talk to there, everything has to be done through the app. I borrowed the money knowing I had insurance to keep my 5 year old Newfoundland alive and now I’m deveststed. Please trust me, do not trust them. Get pet plan plus or trupanion. I had trupanion as fetch was less expensive but they raised my rate 3 times. Now here I am having paid 7k in premiums and for nothing. I’m defeated. Don’t trust them.

So this is the start to our third year…

So this is the start to our third year with spot…and we love it. It is so easy to place a claim and the customer service has been very helpful. But here is the but the first year we paid $465.60 then the second year we paid $580.20 (that is an increase of $114.60) mind you nothing in our package hadnt changed and we have never gotten to our deductible ever. And now this year we were going to look into another company because of how much it went up and I understand inflation but that seems a bit much for a dog that has no issues and is 4 years old. But I got back to it to late and my card was charged which was my fault but the new charge was for $631.44( increased again $51.24) and again we have never gotten to our deductible so I don’t understand this but other then the price discrepancy I would stay with this company and makes me sad that we will have to move on from them cause I can’t pay for this every year and be surprised with what my credit card statement is going to say

I totally recommend SPOT

I have a small Morkie that has a really fragile health and he goes to the vet a lot. Recently he had to pull out 22 of his teeth and I was so nervous because the bill would be so expensive. I sent the invoice to SPOT and in less than a week I got their answer with the reimbursement! I always recommend SPOT to pet owners because they’re really good and fair when it comes to reimburse your money. 10/10

Ridiculous the amount of back and forth…

Ridiculous the amount of back and forth with Embrace and what they opted to not cover. Waste of money and will go back to the other pet insurance we use for our other pets.

A scam. Find another company.

A scam. Find another company. I have a 1 yr old dog with no issues. She cut her leg on a hike and the bill was $1100. Embrace reimbursed me just ~$200? Ok, $500 deductible... but that should be about $600 back to me?

SPOT has you covered!

I love how easy it is to file a claim and how quickly the reimbursement is reviewed and completed. The whole process from start to finish is quick and seamless. It brings you peace of mind when your little fur baby has to go to the vet! Worth every penny!

Easy to navigate

Easy to navigate, understand, easy to upload your documents. You get confirmation that it went through and in a few days you hear back and can read all the details in your account. Life is hard enough, simplicity is appreciated.

Reinstatement wasn't possible after 7 yrs.

I was overjoyed to have my cat safely returned after being missing for six weeks. She was found in a city approximately seven miles from our home. Upon her return, I hoped to reinstate her insurance policy but was informed that reinstatement is not possible after 30 days. When I inquired about any possible exceptions, particularly given my unique circumstances, I was met with a firm denial. Not only was I required to open a new policy, but I was also unable to secure the same coverage as before. While I appreciate the insurance services provided, I had hoped for more flexibility or consideration, especially as a loyal Nationwide customer of seven years.

Super service provided by Embrace!!!

My dog went for an echocardiogram at vet specialty cardiologist yesterday. Total bill was 975.50. I submitted the claim today and in a few hours I received notice that the claim was complete. I received all the money except for the annual deductible and the copay that selected when I purchased this insurance approx 4 years ago. Embrace is outstanding. I had the same experience with another claim 2 years ago. There is no fuss, it's an easy process and everything is covered that exactly as is stated in the policy I purchased. I researched so many other insurance carriers before choosing Embrace. They are the BEST pet insurance out there. Don't necessarily pick the insurance company that works with your vet -- look around and compare. Thanks again to Embrace!!!!
