We chose ASPCA pet insurance for our Max who was 4 years old at the time. And have been very grateful for our smart choice!! Max is now 8 years old now and recently experienced a torn ACL on his right rear leg. We were informed that Max needed surgery. The surgery went very well. And, Max is doing great! We filed a claim with ASPCA and within two days we received an email from ASPCA with a claim decision. ASPCA approved 90% of the surgery cost (minus the deductible). We also received multiple phone calls from ASPCA asking how Max was doing. I highly recommend ASPCA to all pet lovers.

We did not know if the procedure for our dog was covered so we just sent in our invoice. It was - 90% covered! They sent us a cheque within the week. That's amazing. Usually we hear less than good things about insurance claims, but not this one.

Great service, easy claims
Embrace has been a lifesaver this year for my Bernese Mt. Dog, who has had a variety of post ACL surgery treatments to help his stiffness and arthritis. They continue to make it very easy for my vets to submit claims, and the turn around for reimbursement is very quick - always less than 2 weeks. I'm very pleased with Embrace and have referred others to them.

Grateful for Embrace
I could have never anticipated how much I needed Embrace pet insurance, but a year after I adopted my dog he suffered a severe seizure. His care and medicine cost over 8 thousand dollars. I submitted claims to Embrace, and was pleasantly surprised to be reimbursed 4 thousand dollars. I could not be more grateful for the insurance. Claims were processed promptly and communication has been excellent. I highly recommend Embrace to all pet owners!

My cat hurt his leg and had a radiograph at Friendship Animal Hospital--nothing broken or dislocated. Extra cost at holidays, but Trupanion dealt with my claim quickly and to the point as usual.(The only thing I'm not sure about is how applying the payment to my annual potential costs is better than getting a check.) Thank you

Rio is my almost a two-year old Labrador Retriever. He suffers from Panosteitis, an inflammation of the bone, a condition that he will outgrow as he gets older. Occasionally Rio has a lame issue with his front legs. It is heartwrenching to see an otherwise healthy handsome dog limping along.
