Perfect
Every time we have a claim, our vet faxes in the form, and a check shows up before I even remember that I'm expecting a check. Our pup had surgery, and the process was seamless, and they even emailed just to see how he was doing, they're amazing.

OUTSTANDING
Nothing hidden. I get back for every 100 dollars 90. Who is going to beat that? Claims are easy. People answering the phones are the best. I couldnt of saved my pet without this insurance. I will never own a pet without it.

Wonderful support - they made it very easy!
The Embrace folks did a wonderful job - all we did was fax in our receipts and they took care of the rest - about 2 weeks later we received checks. Thanks for the great support and quick response.

Once your claims exceed what you pay out, all of a sudden you become responsible for 50% coinsurance rather than 20% NOT FAIR

HELLISH!
So we switched to Trupanion on the reccomendation of our vet as we were not happy with the level of customer service at Petsecure (big mistake!). Then our older fellow was diagnosed with osteoarthritis-trupanion refused to cover as the vet had started him on supplements to help prevent problems due to aging. THEN, he had a stroke and turned dangerous requiring euthanasia....despite their claims that this was covered - refused as they called it a behaviour issue. Not only am I unhappy but my vet is removing ALL their brochures from the office since they refuse to listen to her! WORST company ever!

Beware
I was not satisfied with this insurer and I cancelled my policy in writing with all the required information. Despite of the note in my policy package that reads :"You must make your request for policy cancellation in writing by mail,fax or e-mail. Your request for policy cancelation must include your name and other policy information to identify the policy. Cancellation will take place upon receipt of this notice. You shall be entitled to a refund of excess of the premium actually paid over the short term rate for the expired time." My month starts on the 12th and the money is withdraws from my account that day. I cancelled my policy on the 15 and... there will be NO REFUND????????????????
