The best insurance out there!
My dog Cooper is 15 months old and this insurance is the best decision I ever made. Cooper has had some health issues in his short little life but the one thing I have not had to worry about is his medical bills. Trupanion has paid every single one of them...promptly...without me making one call. My doctor's office submits the bills, Trupanion keeps me updated by email of the status of the claim and the check comes in the mail...usually within a 2 - 2 1/2 week period from the time they receive the claim...it is that simple. If you are looking at other companies you can stop, you have found the one who does what they say they do. I hear other people talking about their rates going up crazy with other companies after they put in a claim. I had 4 claims my first year and my rate for my second year went up a little over $4 a month. Nothing crazy here.

Great customer service!
I'm very glad I chose Embrace. Every interaction I've had with them has been 100% positive. Claims don't disappear into a black hole for months like they do with other companies. In fact, the turnaround time is usually faster than expected and I can always reach someone easily if I have a question or concern. The only reason I give them a 9 instead of 10 is that my dog has a pre-existing condition that isn't covered and I worry about it costing me if it becomes an issue again. However, this would be the case with most companies out there. Overall I'm very happy and I recommend Embrace for anyone considering pet insurance.

Very happy with Trupanion
I have been very pleased with the way Trupanion has handled my claims. They cover more then the other insurance companies I have seen. I feel they are fair in their decisions and if you do disagree they have an appeals process. I used this one time, provided additional information and my claim was reversed. I recommend them to all my family and friends. There is nothing worse then being told your pet needs some type of treatment or surgery that is very expensive and knowing you can't afford to do it. With Trupanion I don't have to worry about that. I pay my deductible and 10% of the cost. I will never be without it again as long as I have a pet.

Healthy Paws works with no hassle!!
Our rescue lab just turned one when he started shivering and spiked a fever in the middle of the night. He ended up having to stay at the emergency vet for 24 hours to diagnose and monitor his condition. After we brought him home, I filed the claim online with Healthy Paws and the claim was quickly processed and accepted. A week later, I refilled his antibiotic and submitted a claim for the cost of the pills, which was also quickly accepted. We received checks in the mail for both claims within 2 weeks! I would highly recommend this company to any pet parent looking for pet insurance, I can't imagine an easier company to work with or one that has better coverage.

Great Dog Insurance
This is the second dog I have covered using Embrace insurance. Never a problem with reimbursement. Always kept up to date via e-mails on reimbursement claims, plus you could always go into your account and see the updates there. Their policy is straight forward and not confusing. Other pet insurance policies had lists of what was and what wasn't covered. I am very happy with them.

Great service, quick reimbursements!!
I have had this insurance for over 7 years with no need to use it...thank goodness!! I was nervous about sending in claims and worried that I would have to hound them to get a reimbursement, but it was just the opposite ;) I sent in the required paperwork, and within a couple of weeks I had refund checks!! Not only that, I received a follow up email ensuring I was happy with my experience. Great Service!!

So Nice To Have
I decided to get pet insurance after losing my first fur baby to cancer and was left with over $5,000.00 in credit card debt. I now have a 2yr old Westie with a fantastic ins. plan. He's covered head to toe, lol. A few months ago he started having stomach issues. I did not hesitate taking him to see his vet and then a specialist. After blood work, ultrasound and several other tests, thankfully he is fine. I submitted the claims totaling almost to $1,500 to Embrace and within 10days I received my reimbursement checks. I could not be happier with their customer service.
