Grateful to be Embraced for Brandy

Brandy, my beagle and my heart, was diagnosed with splenic cancer. So far, Embrace has paid for blood tests, surgery, and post-op care. Next is chemo and expect the same compassionate and speedy respondence.

Healthy Paws is absolutely the best

We thoroughly researched all of the pet insurance companies and found Healthy Paws to be the best choice for us. The biggest selling points for us was that the deductible is annual (not per incident), and that the maximum payout is unlimited annually and lifetime. Like most pet parents, we took out insurance as we never wanted to have to choose between our dog’s health and finances. We hoped we would never have to use it, but in the almost 5 months Dixie has been home with us, we have had to use it multiple times. She has had giardia, surgery to remove a baby tooth that broke off at the gumline, and 2 surgeries for what we thought was a puncture wound that ended up being a dermoid sinus tract that went thru and under her nasal bone. Quite a lot to go thru for a puppy who is only 6 ½ months old. All of her claims have been paid promptly with no questions asked (unlike human insurance which always seems to be a fight to get them to pay for anything). Their customer service is outstanding. It was stressful enough watching her go thru all of these procedures, and it was nice not to have to worry about the financial end of it. It is such a nice touch that they followed up after her last major surgery to check on her. We recommend Healthy Paws to any of our friends who ask about insurance for their pets and we will only use them for our pets.

Embrace Insurance is the best decisions!

Monte, our Golden Retriever has unfortunately endured a lot in his two years, from knee surgery, to plate removal due to irritation, skin problems, and allergic reactions. Embrace has been excellent in receiving and processing all of the claims very quickly. They have even checked to see if I have received my claim payments! I am impressed with this company, it was the best decision to make when Monte was a puppy. It gives us piece of mind knowing that we can take him to the vet when anything out of the ordinary is going on with him. Everything has been covered without issue. Our vet faxes in the claim for us and we have a reimbursement check in a couple of weeks. I love that you can view the progress of claims online. Thank you Embrace for being there when we needed you!!!!!

Peace of mind

Tucker, my Siamese boy ate some candy. I took him to the vet right away. He had lost a significant amount of weight since his last visit. So the vet ordered blood tests, urinalyses. When those tests came back normal the vet wanted to have a ultrasound which thankfully vWas normal. Without the pet insurance I would not have been able to afford all the tests that resulted in peace of mind for me.

helped me out on a number of occassions

Porcupine quills, torn toe nails, vomiting and diarrhea, foreign body ingestion, possible bloat - Trupanion and I seem to have seen it all ! I will NEVER be without pet insurance as long as I own a pet, and I have used other companies in the last 9 years and have been the happiest with Trupanion.

Healthy Paws is Simply The Best!

I did extensive research when looking for Pet Insurance and chose Healthy Paws. The level of customer service and claims process has been stellar since June 2014 when I enrolled my two West Highland White Terriers. To prove my point my 17 month old Westie was diagnosed with pancreatitis and admitted to the ICU on Saturday. She was discharged on Thursday with a bill of close to $5k. I submitted the claim the day of discharge and was notified the next day the check was in the mail. The check arrived on Wednesday because of the Labor Day holiday. Healthy Paws paid 90% of the entire bill. Unfortunately, my Westie has some congenital medical issues that added up to close to $15k over the course of 17 months. All claims were paid quickly and her medical issues have not affected her particular plan. She will continue to be covered by Healthy Paws until should decide to terminate her coverage. The client care department also emails me to see how she is doing. How awesome is that? I would NEVER change pet insurance.
