Exceeded Expectations!
Depending on your deductible, the insurance premiums are a bit high but the peace of mind is totally worth it! My cat recently had a bladder stone health scare. So far, Trupanion has covered 90% of almost everything except the deductible and office visits as promised. Knowing that, it makes it much easier to say to the vet do whatever it takes (ie. tests & surgery etc.) - regardless of how much it may cost. Plus Trupanion processed and paid my claim within about a week, no questions asked and sent emails asking how she was doing. Great experience, highly recommend and was recommended by my vet personally!

Healthy Paws really comes through
My dog Annie was throwing up blood and I had to take her to the emergency clinic. She was treated and kept overnight. When I picked her up the next evening, the bill was over a thousand dollars. I filed a claim with Healthy Paws and they were wonderful. The paid promptly and showed care and concern for her. The people at Healthy Paws are just so nice!

So far so good....
Have had a positive experience with Trupanion. Only glitch was trying to obtain old medical records on my cat from the vet and Trupanion getting ready to cancel claim due to non-receipt. Everything worked out-waiting for first reimbursement to arrive.

Best Decision I ever made!
My husband thought I was nuts getting health insurance for the dog, but I have to give a huge shout out to Healthy Paws Pet Insurance - I joined a few months back and low and behold, last month my Lab tore his ACL, had a very expensive surgery last week - I am so happy I made that decision!!! I received the reimbursement check within days of submitting. I highly recommend Healthy Paws.

Best Pet Insurance Ever
We lost our 9 yr old blk lab, Big Mike, to cancer 2 yrs ago, and spent more than $8,000 in medical bills trying to save him. Last year we felt we were ready for a new blk lab. Buddy joined our family July 4 weekend at 8 weeks. I decided Buddy would need pet insurance even before we got him, and did a considerable amount of research. I chose Healthy Paws based on their easy to understand plans, reasonable premiums, and excellent reviews. Buddy is doing well, but in his first year he: broke his toe; contracted Guardia; and ate pesticide-treated mulch. In addition to excellent veterinary care, Healthy Paws was with us at each and every medical incident. We've already received far more in reimbursements than our premium payments. I can't say enough good things about this company and their prompt, courteous processing of claims, and follow-up on Buddy's condition. Thanks Healthy Paws
