My dog has better insurance than I do
Investing in pet insurance was one of the best decisions I've ever made, and going with Embrace was an even better one. Their process is easy, and they've made continual strides to make it even easier. You can check information online and email in claims instead of being confined to faces or snail mail. With a very few exceptions, my experience with their customoer care reps have been impeccable. You know how with human insurance companies you kind of feel like they're out to make money off you so they make things as confusing and roundabout as possible? Yeah, embrace doesn't do that. They're great about helping quickly and efficiently, and every claim I've ever made has been covered. I recommend them to other pet owners all the time!

A Great Company
While researching pet insurance companies, almost everyone had bad reviews. Most had very specific dollar amounts for each service. Living in Boston area I knew my bills would be more for my purebred puppy. So far, they have paid our the wellness visits within a week! Not sure when she gets sick as she hasn't been yet but they have impressed me. I had called customer service twice with questions. Both times very professional and answered well. I do recommend. May cost a little more but you get what you pay for!

I've been with Trupanion for several years now, having insured 2 little dogs: one Maltese and One Yorkie. Both are aging and have developed health issues. Our Yorkie has COPD and our Maltese congestive heart failure. Hence, we've had a lot of vet bills for care and meds. Trupanion has paid every claim without any hassle whatsoever...promptly and no fuss. I think this company is totally focused on their customers and great service.

I've been with Trupanion for several years now, having insured 2 little dogs: one Maltese and One Yorkie. Both are aging and have developed health issues. If only humans could have this kind of coverage!
I have been with trupanion for about 5 years now. Last year we had a cancer scare with one of my cats. He had surgery done. thankfully he is doing great. I was SHOCKED when i received a check for about $2000 1 week following the submission of my claim. And the claim form... it can't get any simpler than that. 1 page! About 3 questions. Now, this last month has been a VERY difficult one. My second cat got sick. I took him in. His treatment came out to $15000. We did everything we could, but in the end cancer took my baby's life. I was not aware that my vet could submit the claim and just charge me the 10% after the claim had been filed. I found out after I paid all the money upfront, and out of pocket that my vet was willing to do that. pulling together $15000 did not help when I was going through one of the hardest times in my life. Its been a week since my cat passed, and my check covering 90% of that $15 grand is already on its way!!! I can mourn in peace! So professional, so caring.

My veterinarian (Dr. Kristin Sulis) recommended Embrace and I am so happy that I took her recommendation. I always receive a timely response and payment. My sweet dog Muppet has quite a serious illness and I don't know what I would do without Embrace. Thank you to all there for your prompt replies to questions and claims.

Very happy with my coverage!
Our dog came close to dying back in July. If it weren't for a couple of very good doctors he would no longer be here. We had to take him to a special vet group, and luckily they found the problem. Surgery was required and things got very expensive, but the care he got was worth it and he's better than ever. ASPCA made what would have been a very big financial hit an affordable one. They reimbursed us very quickly.

Always great service!
We have been Embrace Insurance customers for almost 9 years now.First we had our Dachshund, Zuzu, insured since she was a puppy...and Embrace has seen her through a few illnesses and a lot of Wellness claims. Never any hassles. Always quick claims processing. And most appreciated is that Embrace really cares and always expresses concern and best well-wishes for our K9 family members. That's a nice personal touch that sets them apart in my humbled opinion. Most recently we've added Brady, our Senior rescue Dachshund to our Embrace policy...since we adopted him in Nov. 2014. Brady is in relatively good health however, has had some recent back/spine issues that we are treating. Embrace has covered our illness claims and even his physical therapy, laser treatments, and aqua-fitness. I really don't think there is a better pet insurance company out there. Embrace is the best and the only insurance we trust and recommend to all our family and friends who have pets of their own.
