Another satisfying claim experience.
Chloe had a slowly enlarging fatty mass (Lipoma) on your right side above here right front leg. The mass was successfully removed by the vet. The Vanguard Vet Clinic filed the claim for us and Embrace responded within days and settled the claim within a week. This is the third claim we have filed over the past two years and all were settled in a timely and extremely satisfying way.

Embrace is a bit of calm during a storm of Cancer
My Rottweiler, Ski, will turn 11yo in May. Ski has titled in several dog sports and is often mistaken for a 2yo puppy because of his appearance and playful attitude. What I couldn't tell was that Ski was battling cancer inside, Lymphoma. We have one more round of chemotherapy, six weeks, to go. I submitted the invoices through 12/31/15 (chemo maxxed out my credit card), and received payment in less than two weeks. This has been a stressful time for all of us. Thank you, Embrace, for reducing stress and providing prompt and painless payment. Your concern and compassion for your customers, and their pets, is obvious. We DO notice!

Our Bella threw her back out, was in terrible pain, shaking, cryingRushed her to Vets. After exam, prescribed MRI and was on pain Meds for a week! But Trupanion was there for us as always, confirmed our claim immediately and we rec'd a cheque within a couple of days. We've had Trupanion since we she was a pup and have had some unexpected challenges but Trupanion saw us through it all. If you have a pet, you should definitely have Trupanion💕

Pet insurance that stands by its 'claims'!
Maxxi (2yo Maine Coon male) was rushed to emergency room (having "explored" a garbage can and swallowed two 48" shoelaces). He had emergency surgery and we didn't know how involved it would be as he was looking pretty bad. The "Embracers" at Embrace pet insurance were lovely human beings. Empathetic and positive. Just what you need at a trying time in your pet's life. Needless to say, ALL claims were honored completely as promised, and paid promptly (even better) through direct deposit! I never used pet insurance before (and regretted it then), but the financial stress lessens knowing you won't be paying out large amounts of money at an already stressful time. We almost lost him and he is now doing great! I don't know what more anyone could expect of a pet insurance company. I did a lot of research and comparison shopping before signing up (as I do), and felt I made the best choice for me.

Really easy process, company stayed in contact
This is the second pet insurance company I have dealt with. My first experience was with VCA for our older lab. Trupanion is so much easier to deal with. They stay in contact every step of the way. They confirm when they receive your initial claim, email during processing and at the end with the final conclusion. I was very happy dealing with them for my first two claims. I have a 6 month old French Bulldog. She has had ear infections and had sinus surgery - Trupanion helped with a portion of both bills.
