Quick and easy coverage for complementary health!
Our dog has suffered from back pain and stiffness for quite some time, and we recently took him in for acupuncture treatment. The treatment really worked wonders for his physical comfort and we also noted big behavioral improvements. I saw in my Embrace coverage documentation that complementary medicine services can be covered for injuries and illnesses, and submitted claims for each of his treatment sessions. I didn't actually anticipate having this service covered, but Embrace covered all of his treatments in full, with no additional documentation or justification needed. Great coverage again from Embrace.

Medical care for our cats
We have 2 Main Coon cats that are 6.5 years old. Turns out that these cats are susceptible to all sorts of allergies which can be costly at the veterinarian store. Our ASPCA insurance has really been a help in covering a portion of those costs. Their claims service has been exemplary!

7 Year Member, Denied first claim per technicality
After paying premiums for over seven years, our first claim was denied on a technicality. Our 10 year old dog injured his spinal disk jumping off the deck. Searching for other age/issues unrelated to the specific injury the company found a technical loop hole to deny payment of $3500 on a $18,000 bill.

Takes all the stress out of vet visits
My wife and I absolutely love Embrace...and we should know. We have a 10month old Lab puppy who has basically has every sickness in the book to date. Embrace makes it so easy for us to submit claims and receive our portion back. They also have extremely friendly customer service reps who are always willing to help. Would definitely recommend this to anyone, especially first-time dog owners like us!

We have been customers of Healthy Paws for almost 4 years now and have been very pleased with the coverage and service we've received. During that time, we've filed several claims for both minor and major illnesses/conditions, including 2 dogs who were diagnosed with cancer. Healthy Paws has always been responsive and fair, quickly processing claims and paying for covered items without delay or question. In addition, company representatives display compassion and concern for customers and their pets. Following our dog's recent surgery for cancer, not only was the claim quickly processed and paid, we received a follow-up email asking how our dog is doing. We will always purchase insurance for our dogs through Healthy Paws and have encouraged (and will continue to encourage) others to do the same. The peace of mind we have from being able to provide the very best care for our four-legged family members without having to worry about whether we can afford to pay for it is priceless.

Healthy Paws is the best! Literally THE best!
I have to say that I am extremely happy with the coverage and service offered by Healthy Paws! I have 3 healthy dogs but for some reason felt I should get them covered and a friend recommended Healthy Paws. After signing them up, one of my dogs got sick and required overnight hospitalization for an unexpected infection. Although my policy was in its first month and only 2 weeks past the exclusion period, Healthy Paws gladly (and expediently) paid my claim. Their customer service was amazing and patiently walked me through how to submit my first claim and what to expect while the claim was in review. They truly are the best- I wish my human health insurance company was as honest and easy to deal with as Healthy Paws is for my pets' insurance!

Great insurance...period!
With an aging pet, often comes health issues. My little dog is getting on in years and has once again experienced a bit of ill health as a result. Embrace makes growing older and the problems that come with it much easier. I got insurance for my beloved dog because I don't want to make a painful choice based on whether or not I can afford it. Smooth and seamless
My first experience with a claim. I didn't know what to expect. I phoned the claims dept. they walked me thru the filing process. They contacted our Vet. for records and within a few weeks I received a check. I'm happy with this!
