Took my bullmastiff in for an ear infection. All I had to do was tell my vet that we had insurance through Trupanion and they took care of the rest. Treatment was covered and received emails right away with confirmation.

Superlative in ever way.
When our dog became extremely ill and was rushed to the pet hospital with severe pancreatitis ,I notified Healthy Paws immediately. They informed me how to make the claim . I subsequently called them a few times during his 4 day stay on his progress or lack of .Healthy Paws "walked me" through what I needed to make the claim process as easy as possible. Moreover, they were genuinely concerned as to our dog's health and continue to inquire about it after he has been home and on a solid path to recovery. Sperlative in every way !

Embrace is a Godsend
Our six year old Tibetan Terrier has been receiving chemo for lymphoma for the last 4 months. Embrace has responded very quickly to our claims and paid exactly what we expected. Their customer service staff is very professional, pleasant and well-informed. We are very pleased with the overall performance of Embrace insurance.

Our pets are precious
We have two Bernese Mountain Dogs. Embrace has been a wonderful partner in assuring their well being and also in terms of urgent care. Best Experience ever
A week ago we went to hell and back with our sick little girl Zadie. It was an absolutely horrifying experience for us, but I cannot thank you enough for having our backs Healthy Paws. It was so wonderful to know we could just focus on her health and getting her better and not worry about the costs involved.
