Exceptional Customer Service
The customer service I have experienced working with the 'embracers' at Embrace, I feel very happy about the choice I made selecting Embrace for our girls. After researching 3-4 pet insurance options, I found that Embrace provided the most transparent information about their policy, and their customer service has been exceptional - knowledgeable, personable, and professional.

Eating stones
Our Aussie, 7 months old, had started eating stones. We did not realize this until one lodged in her stomach. After two visits to the vet, X-rays, barium and a good talking-to, she is now as chipper as ever.
