Fantastic
Our fur baby was is need of immediate medical care and our finances had been limited due to summer camps for our 6 year old human baby. One phone call to Trupanion, after hours, got the ball rolling on the attention and care that our fur baby needed. The follow up phone calls and emails were beyond what I ever would have expected. True, caring and professional people and we are just "wowed" by our experience with them.

Very efficient
I've had this insurance for my dog's entire lifetime, going on 7 years (starting back when it was just known as the PetsHealth company/plan). The claim forms are very easy to complete and submit, and the company has always handled them very promptly and efficiently. Most recently, my dog had digestion issues, and our vets had to run several tests including an investigative procedure and biopsy to reach the diagnosis of inflamed bowel disease for which he is now on medication. This whole process was rather expensive but the insurance was able to cover the majority of it, and they provided clear and reasonable explanations for the amounts not completely covered. I was surprised though pleased at how quickly the large claim was processed. I could not be happier with or more confident in this plan and company in caring for my dog and me. I've always strongly recommended them to other pet owners, and even moreso now after this.

No problems with my reimburse, so far the only complain is they increased the monthly payments by $10 more at once to the already high monthly payments.

Glad she has insurance
My dog Nikki has been diagnosed with hypercalcemia. I am so glad she has the ASPCA insurance to help cover the cost of her illness. She is 12 years old, been on the plan for a few years. This is the first time she gets sick. So far I am happy with the prompt response from ASPCA.

Wish they insured horses
I've had ASPCA insurance for my Basenji for several years. She's been in good health and I never had to make a claim. Then we had an strane lameness resulting in some hefty diagnostic expenses. I couldn't believe how rapidly ASPCA processed my claim. They even followed up via phone to make sure I'd received my check and confirm I was a satisfied customer, which I am! I only wish they offered insurance coverage on horses. Reasonable and customer oriented. It doesn't get any better. Definitely will keep this insurance active for my dog.

Money Well Spent
Embrace is definitely my preferred pet insurance company! Whereas, I've used another company before selecting Embrace...I'm speaking from experience. I was highly disappointed with my first carrier and quickly moved my pet over to Embrace. They were a breath of fresh air. Claims are processed immediately upon submission and so easy. All of my communications with Embrace, whether by email or over the phone has always been met with knowledgeable and friendly support. My sweet little girl Gracie means everything to me and it's nice to know that she means just as much to Embrace. Thank you for being so devoted to animals. Where would we be without them?!

SO glad for Embrace Pet Insurance!
I cannot express how glad that we switched pet insurance companies a couple years ago when we adopted a second German Shepherd. While he has been for the most part, very healthy, our older GSD was diagnosed with Cancer last summer. We could not have gotten him the chemo treatments if we didn't have Embrace. No exclusions, just our deductible and percentage loss settlement. Our previous company had oodles and oodles of exclusions. Embrace lives in the real world. Having the insurance isn't cheap but I'll never go without again for my pets.
