Seemless claim procedures & payment
I have had several pet insurance companies, we have a large fur family, & Trupanion is simply the best! All our babies are now protected by them! We will never use another. Thank goodness we had this Trupanion coverage when our little man got ill, over $7,000 in bills would force people to make care decisions they don't want too (not us I'd mortgage my house first) but we had Trupanion coverage so he could get the care he needed, & they paid the vet directly. Not once did they try to Nicole & dime expenses like VPI did to us. Every family needs coverage for their fur baby by Trupanion, so the scary times don't seem so hopeless!

Embrace Ins was the best choice for us.
Our 10 yr old was diagnosed with low thyroid. Embrace quickly covered the claim, paying just how they said they would. They are so good about documenting how they pay but are also willing to explain their claim payments even further. Such good cooperative folks with which to deal.

Expensive
I've had VPI for 4 years. The premiums started at $298 and my next premium for year 5 would be $484 with $100 deductible. They have been good paying the claims when I've submitted them but the cost and deductible is no longer more favorable than paying the vet directly.

Help when I needed it
My dog needed exploratory surgery on the weekend-knowing that most of the cost would be covered by her Embrace policy was a great relief. The claim process was reasonable, took a little longer than I expected but eventually was reimbursed as expected. Make sure your vet sends in your pet's medical history up front to shorten claims processing-I found that mine had not and that slowed things down.

Having Embrace saved my dog!
A couple of months ago, my 2 year old boxer mix woke up in the middle of the night after wetting the bed (very unlike him) and was obviously not ok. I went to the emergency vet at 3am where they had him admitted for three days for spiked kidney and liver levels. It's only me and my dog and he is my world, and without Embrace, I would not have been able to cover the $2,800 vet bill to save him. I recommend Embrace to every dog owner, because there is nothing better in the world than knowing you don't have to worry about the money, and just care for your baby. Thank you again Embrace for all that you do, you have a lifelong customer here!

Simply Fantastic
We have had Embrace Insurance for three years. For the past two years we have had not issues so we began to question if we really needed it. Let me say, I am happy we kept it. Our dog recently tore her ACL and required surgery. Our vet submitted the bill on our behalf and within 5 days of the event Embrace has paid on the claim. The portal kept us up to date of the review process as well as receiving email updates. Embrace is professional, quick and a pleasure to do business with.

Walking testimonial - Dog versus foreign object
I've had insurance on all of my Labrador Retrievers however my latest pup I switched to Trupanion due to no limit coverage in case that one time you need extensive coverage and I mean over 20K. Well this time I did require it and if it wasn't for my policy with Trupanion especially setup when emergency surgery was required my best friend would not be beside me. This less than 2 weeks ago. Was Good Coverage
Pet Best has covered my dog's vet bills for 7 years. When she was diagnosed for a life threatening illness her bills were so high that without Pet Best insurance I would have had a hard time paying those bills. However, last year she reached the maximum amount that could be claimed for this illness. She has had smaller medical problems and with the Wellness coverage I am also able to have her yearly shots and tests covered. I am having to drop her coverage now because the amount I pay each month is much more then I will be reimbursed for the coverage she is still covered for. I do recommend this coverage as claims are reviewed and paid quickly.
