Excellent claims support with no hassle.
My pup, unfortunately, has a chronic condition that requires regular medication. Trupanion has been excellent at providing hassle free, claims processing in a timely manner. Reimbursements are typically received within one week of the vet visit, which is really appreciated!

Great customer service
My cat has been in and out of the vet's office the past few months with recurrent vomiting including a very scary episode where she aspirated some of the vomit and began choking. Figo has been great to work with--easy online claim submission, responsive customer service, and prompt reimbursement. They've even sent get well cards to my cat! This health issue came out of left field and I am so glad I bought pet insurance when I did. I highly recommend their service

It is so easy! When something terrible happens to my dog, and I need financial help, Healthy Paws is to the rescue. I just snap a picture of my vet invoice, and Healthy Paws sends me a check. No hassles, no questions, and full coverage for my beautiful lab. I love it.

I have had other Pet Insurance companies and Trupanion hands down is far better on all levels, easy of filing a claim, phone conversations with real local pet lovers, fast response on claim reinburstment, and a true concern for me and my pet. You guys rock on !! Thanks for being a part of my dogs life.
