Insurance provides Piece of Mind
Shadow is a 10 year old Labrador Retriever and as she's gotten older she has developed a few problems. Recently while chasing a ball she slipped and hurt her leg. Immediately, I wrapped her up and brought her to the vet. The cost never entered my mind. Having the insurance gave me the comfort knowing I would be able to afford her treatment. After a few visits, x-rays, shots we spent more than a few hundred dollars. I probably would have spent the money anyway but I was glad I had purchased the insurance. I am very happy I made the decision when Shadow was a puppy and I will purchase another policy when we get another dog. The ability to file a claim on line was excellent. All I had to do was scan the paid bills and upload them to the website. A few days later they let me know the claim was approved and I received a check soon thereafter

Great delivery of benefits
I have found making claims with Embrace Insurance to be easy and they respond quickly and pleasantly. I usually have a check within one week of my pet being seen for an illness/accident. Very pleased!

Fast and easy claims
Trupanion is very quick at turning around claims which is awesome when you are dealing with the stress and cost of your sick companion. We have a relatively high deductible, but with the soaring cost of vet bills, it is easily met when an illness befalls your pet. Knowing that the rest of the costs are covered at 90% after the deductible is comforting.

Great Coverage for Older Dogs!
I have this insurance for both my pugs, who are 9 and 11. I do like how there is an upfront review of what will and will not be covered due to pre-existing conditions (so I suggest getting insurance right away before any issues arise). I was suprised they offered coverage to my oldest and am grateful they did because they have been covering his cancer treatments with no issues. The process is very easy and I like that you can go online and see the status of your claim. The wellness coverage is great too, I use that every year to cover their teeth cleaning. I highly recommend.

Excellent insurance for our dog
We've had this pet insurance for 4 years now and very pleased. We signed up for it when we adopted our rescue German Shepherd. It helped pay when we had her spayed. A few years ago she was diagnosed with incontinence and we can submit for her monthly meds. Now she was recently diagnosed with Megaesophagus. Sierra underwent X-rays and other tests before discovering her condition. The pet insurance was great and covered quite a bit of the vet bill. I even receive calls from ASPCA checking up on our special girl.

Embrace has saved me a lot of money!
My previous dog, a bichon frise, had to have back surgery twice in less than a year, when he was around 7, ruptured discs. $5000 per event. My previous pet insurance paid nothing, because my baby had had back pain when he was 2, prior to purchasing the insurance policy.When I got my current bichon, Scarlett, I essentially purchased Embrace insurance for her before I brought her home. And I'm so glad I did! 2 years ago, she scratched her neck raw, due to allergies. Over the course of the past 2 years, she has been treated by a holistic vet approximately 2x per month; Accupuncture and Chinese herbs. (Embrace covers the Accupuncture but not the herbs.) She also had complete allergy testing done, by a veterinary allergist/dermatologist, and she now takes daily antihistamines and monthly injections. Poor baby is still scratching, and Embrace is still paying 80%. Bless them, they have paid a lot more than I have paid for premiums for the past 4 years! I recommend them to everyone. If only I could get such good coverage for myself! (Note, the first claim submitted took a couple of weeks for them to process, collecting all kinds of info. Subsequent claims have been paid in under 2 weeks!)
