Great experiences with Embrace
We have had Embrace Pet Insurance for 2 years. They have quickly and correctly processed all of our claims so far. It’s been super easy to file the claims on the app. Also, customer service has been outstanding! Will be making a claim for my dog’s knee surgery in the near future.

The company considers everything a pre-existing condition, even if you take your pet to the veterinarian and the vet "suspects" it might be a certain condition. They deny every office visit even if you are taking your pet because you are not sure what the issue is. If you do not buy figo insurance at birth, you might as well not buy it at all. Very disappointed this is a Costco recommended company.

The representative I spoke with, Andreea took the time to explain my policy details and ensured that claim would be handled once they receive the information from the Vet. Her professionalism and compassion made a stressful situation much easier to handle.
