Very quick claim review and reimbursement!
On the second day that our dog refused to eat, I took her to the vet. (I feared the worst, as this was the first sign of kidney failure in our previous dog.) Thankfully, after x-rays and blood tests, the vet administered injections and prescribed medication. She is fine now! Embrace was unbelievably quick in reviewing the claim and issuing a reimbursement check. Thank you, Embrace!

- I had my pet insurance with Healthy Paws since September.- This month, my almost 6-year old pug had a herniated disc all of the sudden. - almost 7000$ in cost for diagnostic and surgery. Healthy Paws the best decision ever!
I have had my dog Moo covered by Healthy Paws Insurance since she was adopted in 2011. Last year she was hospitalized with a severe gastric issue and again 2 weeks ago. Each time the claims were processed extremely fast and I was reimbursed for all covered expenses. The last claim was processed in less than 1 hour from submission! Wow, now that is excellent customer service! I would recommend Healthy Paws Insurance to anyone who has pets for the peace of mind they bring!

Trupanion Health Insurance
We adopted a 14 month old German Shepard 2 years ago. Our trainer recommended Trupanion insurance because she has three dogs and said it was the best by far that she had found. I took him to our vet for a complete health checkup and he was given clean bill of health. I signed him up with Trupanion and did not think too much about it. Six months ago he was diagnosed with severe hip displaysia and the vet recommended total hip replacement surgery on both hips. I submitted a claim to Trupanion for everything, xrays, meds etc., along with a pre-authorization request for the surgery. Trupanion approved the surgery, and per our policy the only thing they did not cover at that point was the office checkup. The surgeon wanted to wait and see how long we could manage the problem with diet, meds and supplements before he had to have surgery. Since surgery authorizations are for 90 days, I contacted Trupanion and they assured me that Titan would be covered whenever the vet determined necessary. I would recommend this pet insurance to anyone who loves their pet. Under the terms laid out in the level of insurance I have purchased, the Trupanion staff have been great to work with and have always held true to the promises made. I purchase this insurance mainly as a safeguard against a devastating illness or accident and my experience with this company has been that it's well worth the cost of the premiums for the peace of mind those premiums provide. Pays back quick
Recently my Irish wolfhound Lucy ate a toy. So she had surgery at our vet. We'll she wasn't getting any better so we took her back to the vet. We had an ultrasound and found her intestines had detached after the surgery. So she had to have surgery again within 4 days. Needless to say we had a very large bill of approximately $5800. Pets best was quick and paid more than 1/2 of the bill!!!!
